On evidence, not fear

We do not sell sanitising with Legionella stories (CDC: home units are not a source). We sell it with what studies show about mould, biofilm, allergies and energy use. Every claim on the site has its source next to it.

FAQ

What exactly is cover-bag sanitising and why is it better?

The cover is a double-layer waterproof sheet sealed around the indoor unit, with a drain hose down to a bucket. It lets us pressure-wash the evaporator, blower and pan right on the wall, without dismantling the unit and without splashing the wall or floor. A spray into the grille does not remove biofilm; pressure washing does.

How long does a sanitising take?

The duration is estimated before booking based on the unit type, access, deposits and agreed work. Ask for the time needed for your unit; one fixed duration does not suit every visit.

Does anything in the house get dirty?

No. Foil on the floor, sealed cover on the unit, dirty water in the bucket, shoe covers, cover wiped at the end. That is our cleanliness promise: the wall and floor stay exactly as we found them.

How often should the unit be sanitised?

Once a year, in spring, for a living-room unit used in summer; twice a year for a child's or allergic person's bedroom or for a unit that also heats in winter; two to four times a year in offices, clinics and restaurants. You wash the filters yourself every two weeks.
