What we meet in Sector 1
Villas and premium apartments where units also heat in winter, multi-splits with 3–5 indoor units and offices on Calea Floreasca; this is where we do most twice-a-year sanitisings and maintenance contracts.
The procedure is the same everywhere: foil on the floor, sealed cover, cleaning solution, pressure wash until the water runs clear, sanitising solution, outdoor unit washed on the balcony, photo report. Only what we find in the unit differs, and here we know what to expect.
