Thermally rehabilitated blocks in Drumul Taberei and Militari, where flats became more airtight and air conditioning runs longer, plus the Regie student halls with heavily used units.
The procedure is the same everywhere: foil on the floor, sealed cover, cleaning solution, pressure wash until the water runs clear, sanitising solution, outdoor unit washed on the balcony, photo report. Only what we find in the unit differs, and here we know what to expect.
