Air conditioner sanitising

Air conditioner cleaning
Complete cleaning of the indoor unit (filters, evaporator, blower, pan, drain hose) and the outdoor unit, with cover, in place.
Air conditioner service (annual check)
The annual check: filters, coil, blower, pan and drain, temperature split, noise, vibration, outdoor unit, job sheet with photos.
Air conditioner inspection
Not sure how dirty the unit is? We open it, photograph the filters, coil and blower and tell you exactly what it needs, no pressure.
Air conditioner maintenance
Maintenance plan for homes and businesses: scheduled visits, a report after each visit, the same technician, fixed price per unit.
Outdoor unit washing
Outdoor unit coil washed in place at low pressure, from the inside out, without bending the fins.
Sanitising for companies, offices, clinics
Ceiling cassettes, ducted units, multi-splits; maintenance contract, after-hours work, invoice, report per unit.
Sanitising for the baby's and children's room
Solutions with no residual smell, double rinse, scheduled when the child is out of the room, humidity checked at the end.
