Air conditioner cleaning
- The area and sensitive components are protected before work.
- The cover collects wash water.
- The hose directs water into a container.

How we work
Most 'faults' we see are actually dirt: weak airflow, smell, ice on the coil, dripping water, high consumption. They all start in the same three places: the filters, the evaporator fins and the cross-flow blower, the bladed cylinder that pushes air into the room.
Proper cleaning is done with water and pressure, not a cloth. The cover lets us pressure-wash right on the wall, with dirty water collected and drained into a bucket. An apartment unit typically gives up 0.5 to 2 litres of grey-brown water at its first serious clean.
We also clean the outdoor unit, because an outdoor coil clogged with poplar fluff and dust makes the unit work harder and use 5–15% more energy, according to US Department of Energy data.
