Four services, different purposes — Inspection: assessing condition and symptoms.
Service check: checks and measurements appropriate to the unit.
Cleaning: removing deposits.
Sanitising: suitable treatment of cleaned surfaces.
The actual scope is confirmed before the visit.

How we work

The inspection is for people who want to see before they decide: a unit in a new rental, one inherited with the flat, one that 'smells a little' or one that has not been opened in three years.

We remove the cover and filters, light up the coil and blower with a torch, check the drain pan and louver, photograph everything and show you on the tablet. We tell you its state on a simple scale: clean, loaded, dirty or with visible mould, and what that means for the air in the room.
