One fixed interval does not suit every unit and home.
How we work
Maintenance means you no longer have to remember. We set the right frequency together (once a year for a living room used in summer, twice for an allergic child's bedroom or an office used daily), we call you when the date approaches and come at the agreed time.
Every visit includes the full check and the cover-bag cleaning, and the job sheet with photos stays with you as the unit's history. For businesses we issue invoices and can work outside opening hours so as not to disturb activity.
Regularly maintained units are quieter, cool faster, use less energy and, above all, do not become the mould source of the home.
