Air conditioner sanitising
- The area and sensitive components are protected before work.
- The cover collects wash water.
- The hose directs water into a container.

How we work
Sanitising is not a spray into the grille. It means physically removing the layer of dust, mould and biofilm from the evaporator, the cross-flow blower and the drain pan, and only then applying a sanitising solution to the clean surfaces. Without the first part, the second is cosmetic.
We seal the collection cover around the unit, lay foil on the floor, apply an alkaline cleaning solution, let it work, pressure-wash at controlled pressure until the water leaving the hose runs clear, then spray the sanitising solution on the clean coil and blower. Filters are washed separately, the pan and drain hose are flushed, and the outdoor unit is washed on the balcony at low pressure, without dismantling.
At the end we start the unit together with you, check smell, airflow and drainage, wipe the cover and leave the wall exactly as we found it. See current rates on the Prices page.
