- Cleaning: removing deposits.
- Sanitising: suitable treatment of cleaned surfaces.
The actual scope is confirmed before the visit.

How we work
The service visit is the unit's health check, done before the season. It has nothing to do with refrigerant: a sealed unit does not lose refrigerant, and the 'annual top-up' is a sales myth. What we check is what really degrades over time: dirt, drainage and moving parts.
Specifically: we open the unit, assess the loading of filters, coil and blower, test the pan and drain hose by pouring water, measure the temperature split between return and supply air, listen to the fan bearings, visually check connectors and the state of the outdoor unit. Everything is photographed and noted on the job sheet.
If the unit needs cleaning or sanitising we do it on the spot, in the same visit, with the cover. If it has a technical problem (not cooling, error code, compressor noise) we tell you openly and point you to a repair service, because we do not do repairs.
