How we work

In an office, clinic or restaurant the unit runs 8–12 hours a day and breathes the dust of dozens of people. ASHRAE recommendations for commercial spaces are coil inspection at least yearly and cleaning whenever loaded; in practice, with heavy use, that means two to four times a year.

We work on ceiling cassettes with a square cover, on ducted units through the access hatch, on multi-splits and classic splits, to the same standard: cover, pressure wash, two solutions, outdoor unit, photo report per unit. We can come in the evening or at weekends.

For medical practices and kindergartens we use approved sanitising solutions and leave the required sheet for the file.
