Outdoor unit washing
- Keep the air intake clear.
- Do not obstruct discharged air.
- Service access and clearances depend on the manual and location.
How we work
The unit on the balcony or façade collects poplar fluff, construction dust, leaves and soot. When the fins clog, the unit can no longer reject heat outdoors, the compressor works harder, consumption rises and in heatwaves the unit shuts down on protection.
We wash it in place: remove the top cover where possible, apply cleaning solution to the coil, let it work and rinse at low pressure from the inside out so the fins are not flattened. We protect the balcony with foil and collect the water.
