Your refrigeration technician
You discuss the request with a refrigeration technician operating as a PFA. Use this page to prepare for the visit and understand which information helps assess the work.
Before access to the unit
Make room around the indoor unit and describe where the outdoor unit is installed. Explain if access involves a locked area, building management or height. Photographs can help plan the work but cannot confirm every technical condition.
Questions to ask the technician
- Which components can be reached and cleaned in this installation?
- How will the room and sensitive components be protected?
- What products are suitable for this model?
- What is checked at the end, and which symptoms may need a separate service?
At the end of the visit
Ask what was actually done, whether any access limits remained and what maintenance follows. Compare the initial concern with the observed result. If an issue persists, describe it rather than assuming the same treatment must be repeated.
